1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all services of Hallo Transport GmbH, Mösliweg 2, 2503 Biel/Bienne, Switzerland (hereinafter "Hallo Car"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Hallo Car offers vehicle rental (cars, vans, luxury vehicles), moving services, transport and cleaning services. The exact scope of services is specified in the respective booking confirmation.

3. Booking and contract

A booking is binding once confirmed in writing by Hallo Car (by email or on the website). The rental contract takes effect upon handover of the vehicle.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including VAT. Payment is made according to the conditions agreed at booking. Late returns will incur additional daily charges.

5. Cancellation

Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed rental start. Later cancellations may incur fees.

6. Liability

Hallo Car is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the vehicle. The renter is liable for all damages incurred during the rental period, unless covered by insurance.

7. Insurance

All vehicles are fully insured. The deductible will be communicated when the contract is signed. Additional insurance is available on request.

9. Applicable law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Biel/Bienne.
